In the globalised world of today, the expectations on corporate management increasingly call for dynamic and project oriented, yes, systematic-intercultural leadership and organizational forms.

As an expert on market analysis, strategic development and organizational design, I support people, teams and corporations to align themselves strategically and organize themselves optimally both in a national and international context.

I accompany the planning as well as the implementation and monitoring of objective achievement.
